Although the Angela Swift Developments team no longer operates care homes, they have many years of experience in this field and bring a wealth of operational expertise to each care home design.

About Us

The approach of the Angela Swift Developments team is to provide bespoke luxury care facilities, rather than repetitive blueprint design.

All projects are turn-key developments, fully fitted and equipped and ready to open their doors.

A variety of delivery models can be agreed, such as a full end-to-end development package of land acquisition through to handover, or a more tailored approach to deliver a scheme to fit an existing portfolio, for example, with more client involvement in the design, construction and fit-out processes.

Multiple investment models are also considered, including forward funding agreements and forward sale agreements.
